New to forum

I’m just starting back up. I’m doing South Beach. I’m mainly here to track calories and eating habits, so I can get better at eyeballing portion sizes. You don’t really have to count calories with South Beach until you started adding carbs back in. I started at 166 lb on 3/21 and I am down to 159 on 3/27. I’m hoping to lose another 10 before going to phase 2 when it will slow but steady drop about 1-2 lbs per week. And my overall goal is 115 -120 somewhere down this road ✌🏼
