Best advice for nutrition & fitness to lose weight

Hi, I enjoy most fitness activites...what fitness activies would you recommend for me to do and how many days a week & for how long for me to lost weight? Also, any helpful nutrition advice you would recommend for me to lose weight...calories to stay within, etc to? Thank you very much for your recommendations! :)

    If you put your stats into mfp they will give you a calorie goal. Do whatever amount of exercise you find enjoyable and doesn't stress your body.
