I :heart:

* garlic roasted triscuits
* hummus
* almond butter
* nonni's chocolate biscotti (110 cals)
* jello 60 cal pudding snacks
* babybel cheese packs
* low fat multi grain english muffins
* Anjou pears
* low fat frozen yogurt
* Lays BAKED Chips
* frozen strawberries
* Cod fish

I know not all these things are super healthy but I like to eat them in small portions and I still consider them much healthier compared to doughnuts, pizza sticks and soda. :)

    Plain yogurt
    Fat free cottage cheese
    Laughing cow light cheese wedges
    Kraft 2% sharp cheddar cheese singles
    Whole grain tortillas
    Fuji apples (I'm addicted to Fuji, no other apples compare anymore!)
    Naturally More Peanut Butter
    Maranatha crunchy Almond butter
    Chicken breast
    Old fashioned and steel cut oatmeal
    Sweet potatoes
    Balsamic & red wine vinegar (for salads)

  • I like to mix a snack sized container of low fat cottage cheese (90 cal) and a snack size mott's unsweetened applesauce (50 cal).

    It may sound weird (I thought so too when I first heard of it), but try it, you'll like it!!
