A question….

I am vegan, and recovering from my eating disorder, and I’m having a hard time getting my macros right. For me I try to do them evenly like 35% carbs 35% protein and 30% fats and was wondering if you have any tips on how to do that.

    Why that particular macro split? Does your recovery/medical team know you're logging food? I wouldn't think this level of micromanagement (logging to a precise macro goal) would be helpful for someone in recovery from an eating disorder.

    Just eat the general meals that your medical team has suggested for you...your split is probably okay (?), but it's not a common recommendation.

    I agree I would think not tracking would be best in your situation. For some tracking is very triggering. Good luck.
