                    I just did 30mins on the treadmill at 3.0 and 2.0 incline, and 10mins hard core on bike...should I do 30 day shred really quick or is that over doing it????
otherwise I can jump in the shower and finish running errands..

            If you're feeling up to it, I say go for it! Since your other exercise was cardio, 30 Day Shred will give you a little bit of strength training, which would be a nice balance.0
