Been seeing a couple posts from people saying something to the effect of:
"Oh, I was so lazy today! Gosh, I only ran 10 miles, did P90X just 3 times (usually do 7), an Insanity workout (just ONE! can u believe what a sloth I am???), oh yeah and I walked the dog... up Mt. Everest. Such a light day... Wish I would've done more."
May I slap u now or should I wait?! I really am so happy for everyone who is at that level of fitness, really. But I just barely made it thru my 2nd day of level 1 30DS and feel like u people should be baking me a (low-fat) cake and putting a tiara on my head while I thank all the little people :flowerforyou:
I know everything is relative and God/dess bless u all; u really are an inspiration, all u über-people out there. But as happy as I am for u, I still kinda wanna slap u

LOL too funny! I sometimes feel like that too! I am on day 17 lvl 2 of the 30DS and boy do some of those things kick my butt! I have to have my little fan pointed on me the whole time and I am usually STILL dripping in sweat! Not to mention when I am done, I sit with it pointing on me to cool me down.
) But, my hopes are that MAYBE one day I will be able to be one of those people! LOL (I know, it's not likely but hey, a girl can dream!!)

I generally work out once a day and its normally cardio with a tiny bit of weights. I also just finished day 2 of 30ds. I will be lucky if I can stand to get out of this chair and walk myself to bed.0 -

You can do it. Just don't give up after day one. You will be completely sore on day 2 but if you do the workout you will realize it is easier day 2 even with the sore muscles.0 -
So true huffly!0
