Losing weight after baby

Hi guys from uk here it's been 4 months since I had my 3rd child and I'm the heaviest I've ever been. Need to lose 2 stone hoping by July, is anyone else losing after having a baby? I've been on mfp over the years and do struggle to eat healthy (love to eat out and sweet tooth) but I'm trying to stick to 1400 cals a day (I'm 5'2). I haven't started exercising it's hard with a clingy baby. Does anyone want to buddy up xx

Hi Alouise, I'd happy to buddy up! I've also just had my third baby 6 weeks ago now. I put on 4 stone during pregnancy and was already 2 stone over weight before getting pregnant so 6 stone to lose in total!
I've lost 2 stone so far so another 4 stone to go, not sure how long it'll take but it might take a year (hopefully less!)
I'm breastfeeding at the moment so trying to keep a balance of not cutting too many calories but keeping to 1300 calories a day and will see how it goes.
In the past I've had brilliant results with intermittent fasting (2 fast days a week) but won't start that until baby is much older and on solids just in case it affects milk supply.0
