I'm a Canadian newby!

Options
Hoping to get back on track after a great success with another program; but I like this one as it helps me to track
Ideas and suggestions welcome..need to loose about 35 lbs....that would take me to my weight of 7 years ago where I felt great!
Pending knee surgery not helping, but I do get to walk daily for about 30 minutes and swim once a week

    Just finished knee surgeries as of Jul 4 & July 7th...so I hear ya!! Take things easy and be sure to keep upper body active and watch the calorie intake if/when you have surgeries...I wish I had...the inactivity and some boredom has added a couple of extra pounds...now I'm getting mobile and walking and swimming in a therapy pool! Good luck with all.
