Happy Saturday!
Hi all, I'm pretty new to MFP but thought I would start getting involved with likeminded users straight away to keep my motivation (and hopefully yours too) going through and through.
Weighing in at 226lbs on Monday and at 218.5lbs this morning after changing some eating habits and going for the healthier option here and there.
For right now, I am just aiming to shed fat and maintain as much muscle as possible before I start working out (one step at a time and all).
I've got some amazing low-calorie, high protein recipes which are filling and tasty should anyone want them (all 400cal or less).
Always happy to make new connections, so please do send a friend request should you want to help motivate each other!
Remember to stay positive, expect fluctuations and keep your eye on the big picture!

Update:
Weighed in today at 210.75 so feeling very positive going into the weekend!
I've started doing an additional ~7000 steps a day too which has been great; about 45 minutes of walking.
If anyone wants to keep motivated with me, please dart over a friend request
