I’m not new but have never attempted the friends feature on this app. I’ve been hugely successful using mfp in the past but some rocky years knocked me off my goals. I’m back at trying to get my health in hand. I’m trying for imperfect consistency.

Free feel to add me.. I am only getting requested from men and I am much more motivated with women with similar goals. Plus men want to send messages and I have zero interest in that.0

I like that! Imperfect consistency. It's hard for me to be consistent because I'm such a lazy perfectionist. It's sometimes all or nothing with me. If it doesn't start right, I abandon it and then it gets hard to get back. It's been a rough two years but I would love to start today. 34/f, could use some support on how to best use this app to help me get back in shape.0
