Maxitone Sculptress

Hi everyone,
This is my first post on here so be gentle
I am thinking about taking maxitone sculptress to help me lose weight and make the most of my exercise. I currently eat about 1300 -1600 calories a day and aim to work out 4 times a week alternating between cardio and strength training. Do you think Maxitone will help? I am thinking of taking the capsules and 2 protein shakes a day (1 as a mid morning snack and 1 after my workout)
I would be very grateful for all advice, tips or information on Maxitone.
Thank you in advance.

Hi there. Maxitone sculptress is just the same as Maxitone Promax Diet, but more expensive!! I use promax diet after my exercise and also sometimes as a meal replacement (if I've had a particularly bad day calorie wise) which I mix with milk if a meal replacement. It is indeed very filling. I've never tried the tablets so can't comment, but do like the promax diet.0

i don't think it's necessary to lose weight, all that matters is a caloric deficit. Looking at the product they don't list all the ingredients, but I see CLA is severely underdosed as well as green tea. for the price you can get something cheaper if you feel protein shakes are something you want to incorporate into your diet0

i use the definity maxitone shakes after a strenuous exercise session or after teaching pole all night and in need of something to eat
i tried the sculptress and because of its high caffiene and stimulant content it made me throw up and feel queesy and sick... its doenst agree with everyone! try and get a sample first before sepnding loads of money on it0 -
I agree that the Maxitone products are quite expensive but I don't know much about what needs to be in the shakes to help me tone etc. I feel overwhelmed when I google protein shakes as there are so many out there.
I just need to decide which one to use :ohwell:0 -
I have heard the pills are a bit dodgy and I would steer well clear, I have read reviews and people mention palpitations etc which is not good!
I did buy some of the bars though and they are fantastic, I don't use them as a meal replacement but as a snack (about 200 cals, 20g of protein). The chocolate orange ones are really tasty and fill you up loads.0 -

i too tried the pills along with my cousin, made us both sick, dizzy & light-headed.
i'm sure there are other not so expensive products out there that hopefully will agree with you.
