Hi my name is Dede I just joined yesterday. I've been working out about a month. I'm wanting to lose about 20lb to 30lbs. I really want to tone up, so the amount might vary. I really like this site. I have it on my cell to help me keep better track. I'm looking for suggestions and ideas for exercises and good tasty healthy food. Dede

Hello! I think there are A LOT Of Jillian Michaels fans on here and buy the DVD's of hers. I have the 6 Pack in 6 weeks DVD and man.. it is a butt kicker! (or I should say ab kicker!). It is nice to be able to do it right in my living room when I want, of course.. I still need to make time and stick with it! I plan to start doing it again this week as I did fall off the wagon.
Reading others food diaries help get ideas on things to eat and how many calories stuff is. Also.. the message boards help. Just take one day at a time.. and record everything you eat and exercise!

Welcome! This is a great site for keeping on track. I love the phone app too (altho, this morning it doesn't seem to be syncing properly on my phone for some reason, but otherwise it's been great!)0 -
