Hi I’ve lurked about for a bit (I’m in the UK), but seriously need to lose 3 stone starting now. I put on lots through having to go on prescription steroids for 8 months and now realise it’s a lot harder to get it off, than put it on! Hi all 👋🏻

    Hi 👋🏼 I'm Viva, from the other side of the world. I also have been on meds for an autoimmune condition. I put on some serious weight over a period of 2 years, it's been hard to motivate myself to start but now I'm optimistic and determined to get back in shape.
