I make a pumpkin muffin that is really similar to those cupcakes: cake mix, spices, pumpkin, and half a cup of applesauce. Those cupcakes sound amazing. I bet the kids will love them.

You should give these a shot too...they are FANTASTIC, and even though they're "healthy", my hubby likes them! The caramel pumpkin pudding works out better than the fluffernutter, but, both are fun!
