Weighing In ?

I weighed myself last Friday, which was the day I started. Today, I am starting a challenge and I had to know my weight for it. My question is, if it were you, would you just change your weigh in day to Monday each week, or would you just weigh on Monday for the challenge, but officially update your progress on Fridays?

I'd change to Monday. Although arguably, for your starting weight post (which you are, I presume, posting today), I'd just go with Friday's number out of laziness.0

Change to Monday if that's when you want to do it. The key is to only weigh yourself once a week. Otherwise, you will get discouraged occasionally...your weight can really fluctuate. Also, make sure you weigh yourself at the same time every week. ..speaking from experience.... Good luck!0
