Hello! I’m a 46 year old that’s over weight and tired of being uncomfortable in my own skin. I started my transformation last week. I started by stop drinking almost 4 wks ago, quit smoking 8 days ago, and began eating clean with a high water intake…this is my second week of learning new habits. My exercise is somewhat mediocre due to the fact that I’m in an airboot. I’ve never felt better and more productive in my life and so excited to be inspired, encouraged and uplift through this app. I will need help on the nutrition aspect of things as far as how good food can be made to be filling and delish!

Kari YES!!! Weight loss buddies it is:) You should see the things I’ve done to inspire, encourage and uplift myself around my house. I live with two people who eat whatever they want whenever they want and their personal habits aren’t healthy, so Im on this journey alone. Ive hung posit notes to encourage myself and give a daily reminder that change doesn’t happen over night and that consistency is key. I’m sure we can do lots for one another!0
