May is a great time to recommit to your weight loss goals, so join with us for our May Challenge to help keep you motivated.

We are welcoming new members to our monthly challenge and support group.

WHO ARE WE? We are a lively group of individuals with a range of personal weight loss goals, lifestyles, and fitness levels. Sharing our ideas, struggles and motivations creates a supportive atmosphere and camaraderie while engaging in a friendly team based competition.

    Sure! I'd love to join! After a series of disappointing, "false starts" this Spring, I am highly determined to make this one STICK! I agree that May is a great time to start fresh! I would like to lose about 20-25 lbs. by Fall, but hope to lose about 6-8 lbs. in May. Thank you for starting up this challenge! <3
