Really?

I have quit soda and junk food except a handful of gluten free gummies. I mainly have a smoothie for breakfast and a big lunch and no dinner unless it’s a small snack because if my work schedule. I use to drink nothing but soda!! I lost 10 lbs in first week but I was also on vaca in the sun. I’m worried about pushing too hard but so happy. I want to get back in a size 8 soon. I’m going to purchase a protein powder replacement for breakfast because I believe it will help me curb my sugar cravings but I feel sooooo much better. What powders do you recommend that taste good?

I wouldn’t entirely recommend drinking your breakfast as solid food will make you feel a lot more full. Personally, I never drink protein powder, but I cook with it. Pretty much any brand will do, but casein protein powders will digest the slowest

Protein powders and shakes should be used as supplements to a well balanced mean, not as meal replacements.

I've been using first phorm, mostly ice cream sandwhich flavor, myself but use it in addition to regular meals to keep protein balance, not as a full replacement. Having said that, I enjoy it whipped with cottage cheese or greek yogurt as smoothie.

How many calories does that add up too?

It does sound like your calorie deficit is too aggressive, which is a recipe for burnout and binging.

Sounds like a great plan. My choice for protein drinks...SunWarrior. Wishing you success!
