MFP Recipe selection

I was looking at recipes today and one of the featured ones from Sprouts was a sweet potato "Dinner Board" that amounted to more than 700 calories per serving, and more than half of those coming from fat. I was surprised about this - sure, sweet potatoes are healthy in many ways, but this recipe sure doesn't sound like it is. I'm wondering - what selection process is used to decide what recipes to post on MFP?

Not everyone's goals and ways of eating are the same, and fat is an essential micronutrient.1

700 calories sounds about right for a meal...if that's too high all recipes can be tweaked or less can be eaten.0

I just use recipes as ideas for different flavors. That’s the great part about cooking, you can adjust pretty much everything to your wants/needs0
