Starting again as well. I have been doing strength training 3x a week and cardio 1x a week for the last
month. Now adding the nutrition component.1 -

Hi! I'm not necessarily starting again but I am reevaluating what I've been doing since it hasn't been working. I'm on day three and so far I really like this program. I just quit Weight Watchers after 6 years (my second time around) and I'm excited about MFP!
