    Isn't that ridiculous? Didn't Lyft cancel my pickup 3 times before I tried Uber? Weren't they "unable to find me a driver"? Didn't I finally ask the conference travel person if she could help me and end up in a free (well, free to me - the client paid for it) Lincoln Continental with a friendly driver?

    Did you know the greatest concert I ever attended was scheduled to end at 11pm, but the singer just kept going and it finally ended at 3am?

    So long as I am working crew rotation, don't I get two graveyard shifts every ten days? Aren't I looking forward to certifying the new guy to take over my rotation, so I can return to working day staff only? Don't I prefer the WORK of crew, but in my old age don't I prefer the HOURS of day staff?

    Isn't that true? You know what else is true? Didn't my client decide they only needed me today and Friday, giving me Saturday to sleep in and do nothing all day if I so choose? 😁
