im pretty new myself, joined about 2 weeks ago.. what ive found is to make sure you log your exercise! with me i was eating the 1200 calories a day then when i was exercising i didnt log it because i thought it would help me lose more weight.
you shouldnt do this because your body goes into "starvation mode" and stores fat in order for it to survive and it slow down/stops your weight loss
my tip is to stick to the 1200 calories and eat back any calories that you burn
also to make sure you spread your meals out so that your fuller for longer and never skip breakfast

I'm American... so is that (1 stone) - like 14 lbs? Just curious - but if you are close to your goal weight try adding regular bread with sandwiches or including your favorite little snack on your log ahead of time. When I add healthy carbs to any meal - i.e. sweet potato or brown rice with supper, it always adds on calories real quick! Hope that helps? Good luck!! hi, I'm Natasha, ive been on fitness pal for a week now, i lost 5 pounds but seemed to have gained 2 back. I recently had a baby, got lucky and lost all the weight i had gained, but now i want to loose the pounds i was unhappy with before pregnancy. i was 183 and my goal is to get to 145, i think that this site is amazing its much easier to eat right and exercise when i have everything calculated, very motivational. i, seeing a lot of people who have lost a ton of weight and hoping i can get to my goal as well.0
