I always get an E.D. When I track my macros when I try to restrict my calories how can I not have this happen in the future

Therapy? I mean, many people with eating disorders are told by their medical team not to track food...3

Find a registered dietician who specializes in ED. And get off MFP. I'm not saying that to be a jerk...I'm just saying that because this website can definitely push *some people down paths of really dangerous behavior. If you know this is a risk for you, I'd steer clear. I hope you are able to get the help you need.4

Maybe contacting a licensed medical professional is a better course of action than asking a bunch of random people on an internet forum?3
