3rd times a charm

My name is Beth and this is my 3rd go on mfp. Bothe previous times I had success but gave up after losing some weight. It wasn’t really a give up more so a I want what I want. I always say I’m determined to do this and set a goal weight. This time I’m not setting a goal weight, when I get there I will know it. I just want to feel better and be healthier. Even though I have some determination I’m just gonna take it one day at a time. I welcome FR. We all need support.

    Is FR short for friends? Idk 🤷‍♀️ just asking. I'm here to say HI. It is also my 3rd time on MFP. I'll admit it's going way better this time, I also had the same problem you did.
    I did also pay for the 1 year subscription (so far there are parts I'm loving, and the rest I just kind of ignore.)
    On the contrary I set 2 goal weights (A "I'm happy here", and "too hot, leave husband for bollywood"), and 4 milestones. Once I reach my Milestones I take a weekend break, gather my reward, and hop back on the wagon once the 2 days is over.
