My guess? 40 pounds knowing that retarted measurement tool.0

If you go into the TOOLS button on the top right hand corner, there is a function link which allows you to calculate your BMI.0

between 18.5 and 25.00

I know what BMI is NOW, but I want to know what it SHOULD be.0

between 108lbs (18.5 BMI) and 145lbs (24.9 BMI).
Edit: I am 5'4" too0 -
Healthy BMI is 18.5 to 24.9 no matter what your height, as it is calculated using your height and weight therefore personal to you not general.
Someone with a BMI of 22 at 6 foot would be a different weight and height to someone with a BMI of 22 at 5 foot, even though the BMI is the same.0 -

The problem with BMI is the failure to account for muscle mass. You look gorgeous, by the way - and if you stop losing weight but don't pinch many inches and feel awesome, well, I wouldn't give the BMI a second thought. You're only a few pounds heavier than the top of the "healthy" range and I seriously doubt your health is at risk with your current habits and weight...! Keep up the good work and remember that BMI's a rough index, not an exact tool. You're way in the ballpark now and you may lose more or you may just get thinner but heavier, from fat loss and muscle gain, who knows?0

BMI is worthless to athletes. Almost all are considered overweight. I would look more to body fat % than BMI because regardless of weight, height, gender, and age, body fat % over 25% for either male or female puts them at a health risk.0

PRECISELY. Thank you.
Meanwhile, if you don't have calipers or a body-fat-measuring scale that is reliable, the range of measurement-based body fat estimators available differ wildly. I'm pretty sure I know where I am, but get a range of results from the army, navy, marine and YMCA formulas that put me from wildly fatter than I am at 38 - 39% (and yes, I'm not kidding myself) to wildly skinnier (again - I KNOW I am not 23% fat... ha). So making that determination can be tough. And even calipers are rather tricky to use correctly, even for professionals. I think the measure that put me around 32% was right - in line with when I had a working body-fat-measuring scale and some other things, but right now I just have look to keep shrinking and feeling stronger, basically...0
