No direct way. You have to upload it to upload them first to photobucket etc, and then post the code in the blog.
If you need help doing that I put this together a while ago -

I've used every code on my photobucket link... I've added [ img] and [ /img] (without spaces)... but I still cant get it to work. I dont know what I'm doing wrong0
