I love your ID. I lost a lot of weight years ago when my little Morgan horse groaned went I got on him one night.

I have found that I keep motivated my weighing in every morning. I don't let small gains get me down and it's nice to know if I am slipping a bit. I also find that regular vigorous exercise keeps me feeling great....I love the endorphin rush.

Welcome! This site is amazing and as long as you have great friends for support, the motivation won't be lacking. Simply seeing how many calories I consumed a day before this site made me realize that I needed to change something. Seeing how everyone is usually below their caloric goal or doing various exercises reminds me how easy it is to just fit 20 minutes in here and there which has really helped me keep this up! Good Luck:)
  • Hi, you have a horse too? My lad is only two, yearling in the pic, i have got to loose alot of weight by next summer, i want to break him in then, il prob have a big rush of endorphines if he decides he doesn't want me up there! x:laugh:
  • Thankyou all for your warm welcome, take care x

You just have to take everything day by day. Once you do get to where you can ride it is a great workout. I think I have the most fun burning calories when I'm riding my gelding
By the way I love your user name
