Not new, just returning

In the last month, I've managed to get myself back to working out about 4 times a week. As a supplement to this, I've worked quite a bit on my flexibility, too. The next natural progression is to get my nutrition in order (which started Monday). I used to have a great group of friends on here, so I'm hoping that maybe I can get something like that going again.
