Today I begin again

Decided to give myself the premium subscription to this app for one year for my Birthday. I will turn 44 in 3 days and want to develop some new habits to go along with my mindfulness. I have 50 lbs ( 2.5 stone) to lose. I have been increasing my exercise over the past 2 months but have not seen any weight loss. I know tracking what I eat helps me to be more aware on my portions. I have lots of food sensitivities and chronic pain but I am determined.

    Oh I will add you. I've been trying to up my exercises too. Is the premium worth it?
