New and feeling groovy!

I have 80 pounds to lose...maybe more. I try to realize each time I'm eating if it is gas or trash for my body. I have a lot of trash I'm trying to clean out and this tool has made me very accountable for each thing I eat/drink/etc.

One day at a time....for my health, my son, my husband, and so I can tell those pounds goodbye!

    Welcome & best of luck to you! You can do this. I'm a little more than halfway to my goal of losing 85lbs.

    That's a great way to put it (gas/trash)! I love it! Yesterday when I was going grocery shopping with my kids, I was carefully reading the ingredients and would (more often than not) put it back on the shelf - well, my 7 year old son finally just said, "Mom, PLEASE just stop reading the back!" Anyway, I think the gas or trash idea would make sense to them so I'm going to share it! Thanks, and good luck on your journey - sounds like you're off to a *great* start! :)
