My one Year Progress and the importance of pictures

One year ago when I saw the pictures on the left hand side, I decided that enough was enough. My baby had just turned one and it was time to start loosing the weight I had gained from my two pregnancies. (I had not lost all of the weight from the first pregnancy when I got pregnant with my second baby).
I started to work out with p90x a couple of days after taken that picture. I lost 12lbs with p90x, than the beginning of this year came, and even though I did not loose much weight all through this year I still kept working out and did not give up(even when I wanted to because the stupid scale was not moving). I know now that the biggest problem was my eating, I was eating too much and not burning enough calories to loose weight, and I was maintaining. I guess it was better than gaining weight.
Just a couple of weeks ago the light went back on and I realized all of my problems, and made changes to my food intake and started burning a lot more calories during exercise. Here is the blog I wrote about that

Ever since making the change, I have lost more weight and total weight loss is 16lbs. I am not were I want to be I still have a long ways to go, but looking at these pictures motivates me to keep going.
