I need help.

I have always very independent, refusing help because I could do just about anything on my own. I am here to admit that it isn't true. Last fall I lost 20 lbs. But early spring I hit a plateau and not only could I not go down, I started to go up. Now I've lost a lot of progress and I am afraid of giving up.
I know what I need to do. I need to start an exercise plan, cut down/out soda and watch all the fast food I eat. But knowing what you need to do and doing it are two different things.
I need help staying on track. I need support. I am hoping to both give support and get a little during this process.

Take the first step, then take it just one step at a time! Good luck :flowerforyou:0
