Hello everone - I just joined and wanted to say hello. This appears to be a great site and best of all it is free- hopefully it will remain that way. I am following the South Beach diet plan and I am currently working on Phase 1. I love the idea of being able to use this site instead of keeping track of what I eat on paper. I have about 80 pounds to loose and know I can reach my goal- I want to be healthy again and I have set my mind too accomplish this for myself this time.

  • :smile: HI just joined I hope it works. Trying to stay in my calories is going to be hard. I have a toddler that likes to eat all day long thats why I am putting on the pounds!
