Finally to my goal weight.. down 56lbs

Well, I have finally reached my goal weight of 165. I started this journey weighing about 195.. i was my heaviest at 222 when I had my daughter. I would love to get down to 150 but I am really happy with where I am right now. I dont ever want to be super skinny. I like having some meat on my bones:)

    thanks!! I just try to eat less sweets, drink less soda and cut back on fast food. I also go to the gym or for a walk almost every day.. once the weight starts falling off its almost enjoyable to eat healthier and work out more.. good luck to you sweetie!!

    Wow you look great! My current weight is your starting weight. I would love to be 165 it has been almost 15 years since I've weighed anywhere near 165. My goal is 150. Thanks for your success it makes me feel like it is accomplishable.
