So today has been the first day that I have actually had room in my calories for my meals and snacks :) I have been skipping snacks and just doing 3 meals a day and I am doing okay that way but I really wanted to learn how to "snack" lol its crazy how hard it is for me to figure it out but I went to the grocery store today and after 2 hours of browsing I finally came home with stuff that makes it alot easier for now :):)

    good for you. I take forever in the grocery store too-choosing sensible things I can have for meals and snacks. I eat up until I go to bed and I usually am under my calorie goal . It's all about eating the right things.

    I like to check my friends food logs, it gives me ideas to try. I've added 2 new items to my food list just this past week.

    i noticed that i def lose more when i am eating snacks throughout the day. it stops me from obsessing and picking!

    Just when I thought I was doing good ... Today I have missed both breakfast and lunch even though I have fed my boys for some reason I have had no appetite but now I have headache :(

    Great idea on looking at others food journals I really need to branch out of what I am comfortable with :)
