Hi Everyone!
Okay so, I purchased the dvds, and a friend of mine just told me she tried it, hated it and sold it. Mine won't be coming until next week (BOO) so this gives me a week to worry lol
Can I have your honest feelings on the product? Was there anything you found to be better? I used to do the 30 day shred but after a 30 days i got used to it and needed something "More"...
Thanks so much!

I love it! I dont quite follow the program to a "T" but it is great!!0

Some people seem to not like it because it's too fast, too hard, the moves are difficult to learn, etc. etc. It's different for everyone. No harm in trying it to see if YOU like it. :flowerforyou:0

I have only done it twice. I must say that it is very quick paced and intense. You may like it though if you are wanting something more than 30 day shred. I'm going to stick with it and hope that I can catch on soon!0

thank you guys so much!!!!!!! I loveeee quick paced. I watched the infomercial and it scared me a little lolol but I have tried zumba and liked it... but wanted it to be a little "faster" lol
okay i think i will stick to it just to see!!
Thank u!0 -
I Love it! That being said - the moves are fast, they are hard, I fall on my butt on some of the jumps, and flail around trying to keep time (it's a VERY good thing that no one is here to see me do these classes!). The 40 minute stretch isn't a stretch so much as it is a challenging yoga class that pushes your limits - or at least pushes mine.
I've kept with it though, and I am getting better. The moves are getting easier, the timing is getting easier, and I've done every class at least once. I plan on keeping with it because I like it and I hope you will too!0 -
Love it, about to start the Advanced Month next week.
It takes a few weeks to get the moves down but it's a blast when you know what's coming what what to do. I don't do the jumps (swat jumps and jump & tuck) because it hurts my knees but I sub with jumping jacks and it works.0 -
okay so it takes a while to learn the moves right? Is there any way I can practicebeforei get the dvd? ahh! I can do it i can lol0
