I'm Back?

So I tried this sight about a year ago and was doing great, then I completely fell off the weight loss wagon. I was embarrassed to post the bad things I was eating for fear of being judged. Well I'm back, and I plan on staying here!! I know that I'm still struggling with the snacking but I'm not ashamed to post it because I know I need to work on it, but it's better to write it down and own up to it, then pretend I never ate it. By the way my name is Jessi, I'm 23yrs old and I'm ready to start my life style change :)

    Welcome back Jessie. I struggle with the bad choices on a daily basis, and think how bad I will look if post it.... BUT guess what what I "appear" to be on line is not helping me at all with my weight loss and it is actually hurting me because I do not really know what I am consuming.

    So, the moral of this story is... no matter how bad you think it is going to be go ahead and log it. You will never learn to change your bad habits unless you are willing to face them.

    Welcome back Jessi! I can sure relate to falling off that wagon...and it's not easy at all, knowing that what I eat, and whether or not I am getting fit, is out there for people to see. Glad you're back, and hope to see you lots on the forums!
