This is not so much weight related as it is thought provoking but I would still like some answers.
I see a lot of people post their lowest weight, I would also like to do this but I am not sure what it really means. I mean technically our lowest weight is our birth weight, right? I was having a hard time tracing my weight back to the "lowest" and wasn't sure if we count childhood? So, what do you think?

I'd say lowest weight after the age 25 when you're metabolism changes.
I'm not sure what to say for the 18-25 yr olds.0 -
Lowest weight as an adult.0

I'm going with lowest as an adult. I'll get back to my birth weight, but not for about 10 years after I'm dead.0

I think you're thinking too much about this one.
lowest weight since you have been an "adult".0 -
So lowest weight after the age of 18 (I guess that is considered adult, lol)0

it's a tricky question... i mean, do we go with the weight of the sperm cell or of the egg cell? probably the weight of the fertilized egg is the most accurate. but most people probably never think to weight that.0

true, true but I think it only counts once you have taken your first poop. I don't know why but just seems like that to me0 -
going with what I was at 18, thanks everyone
(now where is that old Ca ID at)0 -
For me it would be the lowest I remember. And that's 190 in the 8th grade about 7 years ago. Although I hope to go waay under that since I was overweight as a child...0

I may be wrong, but I think a lot of the people who post their low weight are people with ED who don't want to go back to that weight again. They're working their way up.0
