Hi everyone thanks for your time idk trying to get in shape I quickly get out of breath at a playground with my granddaughter sad will be starting this new adventure any tips would be great I think I would enjoy bookie riding and dance idk figure it out as I go any advice would be awesome

I don't know what bookie riding is, but it's great that you want to become fitter. Do you have any medical conditions that will make moving more difficult for you? Are you also overweight?0 -
Just start. The more you do, the easier it gets. Even just a daily walk for 30 minutes will help a lot.

Walking is the easiest to start and maintain, is great for stress relief, and will help you breathe better. Alternate with biking, dancing or whatever interests you. Do what you like and you’ll look forward to doing it instead of dreading it.1
