New to MFP & Looking to Lose 100+

Hi All:
I'm new to MFP but definitely not new to dieting or even online trackers. I've tried other online trackers but lately find that since they do not work offline, I can't use my Ipod Touch with it whenever I want. So someone recommended MFP because it can sync! Love the idea!

    Good luck! It is a great tracker I totally love having it on my phone especially when eating out. It makes it tons easier to stick to my plan.

    Welcome and good luck on your journey. I also have 100+ to lose, so I feel ya!! I have the MFP on my phone and use it all the time when I am at work or eating out.
