How do I check my macros? How do I know how many macros I need a day? I’m so confused.

Macronutients are carbohydrates, proteins, and dietary fats. Carbs and proteins have 4 calories per gram, and fats have 9 calories per gram.
The set macros on this site are usually acceptable for most beginners. Have you done the guided set-up on this site and gotten a calorie target? If not, start there.
Then start logging your food. Check your food diary over at the end of the day. Where can you make small tweaks to your diet to help you hit your macros? No one starts out by hitting their macros 100%. It takes time and practice and evaluation. Don't sweat it. Just start learning! :flowerforyou:0 -
