Loosing weight

Hey guys! I’m on this to loose the extra 10 pounds I’ve gained, I’m a little worried that even though I’m staying within my intended calories that it’s not going to work.

    Here's the deal: It'll probably work, if you're pretty average in your calorie needs.

    Stick with it for 4-6 weeks (whole menstrual cycles if that applies to you), then look at your average weight loss per week over the whole time period. If that's not what you're going for (and what you're going for isn't silly-extreme, like more than 1% of your current weight weekly), then adjust your calorie goal to dial in the sensible, moderate weight loss rate you want.

    That works, pretty universally. Somewhat few people succeed at it, because it takes annoying things like patience and persistence. 😉 You've got those traits, though, right? 😊
