I've been on MFP for a few months now and have lost 10 pounds (yay!), however, I still have about 30 to go to meet my goal. I'm looking for friends (challengers, really) to keep me motivated and to provide some friendly competition. In turn, I'll try and motivate you! Let's face it people, this weight loss thing isn't exactly easy and any support one can get is appreciated. This is more of a diet, it's a lifestyle change. I want to be healthy and I want YOU to be healthy too! I would also like to get some new recipes (I'm mostly-meatless-- well, I'm getting there anyway and no processed foods), my foods are burning me out. It's hard to get bored on MFP with good friends to encourage!

  • I'm in the same boat as you...I've been on here for a few months and I hit the 10 pounds lost mark and now I'd like to lose another 12 pounds. I'm actually proud of myself because my son is 7 1/2 months old and I'm already down to my pre-pregnancy weight, but I still want to lose a little more.

    That's awesome you're already at your pre-preggo weight! I know that's a huge accomplishment (it was for me anyway!-- then I found out 1 month later I was pregnant again!) Anywho, good for you for your determination! Maybe we can help each other out on here.
