Started mfp on 7th June, previously on sw but since lockdown I've not been able to get my head in it!
Weighed today and have lost 7lbs, so very happy with that. Finally feel like I have some control π2 -

Anyone here feel free to add me. I've gained 20 lbs in the last 1-2 years. I don't recognise myself in the mirror any more. It's not yet a health problem, but a self confidence and self satisfaction problem. you can add me. i gained about 10 lb during pandemic and am having to be creative to trim it back down because some hip/back issues just won't quit. so it's more about food and some weight training than anything else.0
