Hello new friends!

I'm beginning my journey again, hopefully I'll be more successful and keep it off this time. I am back up to 189 pounds which is no good for my little 5'2" frame. When I was a teenager and in my 20's I was between 115 & 125 pounds, my frame truly is supposed to be small, now at 50 the "extra weight" is affecting my joints.

This time I am joining the community to give and get support along the way.

Today is also day 1 of a 40 day yoga to help with depression challenge. I'm trying to learn self love and stop the isolation. I really do need help. I'm pretty much a big mess right now.

I'm happy to be part of the community and look forward to participating

    Hi and welcome.
    Although I first joined many years ago and lost a considerable amount of weight. I got lazy and got away from mfp and that wasn't good 😳.. In addition, over the last 2 years I've had 3 back surgeries which kind of sidelined me for a bit as far as exercising...
    I'm back and doing good ! I'm at the gym 3 x a week and I'm back to counting calories...
    Remember that a good scale is your friend. No matter how exact you think you guessed, if a scale is not used, the punt is not correct..
    Anyway I'm back and another important aspect of success here is having supportive friends, which I'm looking for now.. I log my food and complete my diary daily, no matter what.. I also log all my workouts ...
