I was initially concerned about spending $ for premium app service, but I liked the features. When I told my wife the cost she said:
“That’s cheaper than a heart attack.”

I signed up for premium for one month to see how I like it. Im planning on doing a year subscription. I feel like it will help me much more than the basic plan when it come to things like tracking micros and things like that.0

You can track macros on the free version. What are you looking for from premium? Just worth checking so you don't pay of you don't need to.1 -
The trouble with trying to track micros is the entries and product labels don't have the information for you to log it.
There's no way to get an accurate count.
It's not a simple addition like protein and carbs are0
