Ticker Issues

I've been trying for days to add a ticker to my profile page. I just get this little box but no ticker. System indicates that my ticker is finished, but it doesn't appear. Anyone have an idea how to fix this or having the same issues?

    I've been trying for two months:( Sure would be nice if it worked! Years? I wonder why they don't fix it.

    My ticker is not showing my true weight loss. I went into apps and then ticker, the update and save changes and it is still wrong!!! Help tech support. Using these tools is motivating and we want to See Our Success, big and small!

    It's been broken for years and years. Safe to say, they'll probably never fix it.
