This isn't my first rodeo with MFP, but it sure is my most successful one! Today I celebrate a two year streak of logging on MFP. I'm 154 pounds lighter than when I logged on (for the first time in a while) on June 18, 2020. My journey is proof that you don't have to be perfect, you just have to keep going.

You are so right - its about a daily commitment to health. You are proof that its not how long it takes, its that you were so successful by staying committed to making healthy choices. It helps me to feel even more committed to making healthy choices every day! Its not luck, its determining to set a goal and stick with it!! You look younger and healthier - I hope you are loving how you look!2

"lost a entire person". but it sure looks and sounds like you have found yourself! Such an inspiration. I was just saying to my grandkids this past weekend, "I've lost a Kevin"... but he's only 75 lbs.4
