Best exercises to tighten loose skin

I'm sure this has been asked many times in the past but what are some of the best exercises to do to tighten loose skin? I've lost 108 lbs and still ongoing. I'm a 43-year-old male and have went from 284 to 176 since October 2020. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There are NO exercises that address this. Skin that's stretched retracts in about 2 years time max. Anything after that is skin that's excess.
From my experience, if one has to lose 80+ lbs, there will be loose skin. Your options at that point are to live with it, or surgery.

First of all, congratulations on your loss. I agree with @ninerbuff there are no specific exercises that shrink your skin, and time will allow some of it to retract. If you haven’t been lifting, you could build muscle under that skin to fill it in. Either way it still looks better than if you put the weight back on.1
