Interested in becoming friends. I'm 62 years old. I try to walk everyday at least a mile maybe two. I've been on this app now for 5 weeks. I've lost
6 lbs. It's up and down.
I used to be a mindless eater. I am now a mindful eater. I'm giving myself 1,300 calories a day. Posting all my food and seeing what I eat daily.
I am learning so much about how I used to eat. I want to lose 35 lbs. I look forward to hearing about you and your progress.2 -
Sorry Victoria I'm not sure how to create a friend request. I'd love to stay in touch as this is another attempt for me. I started at 84kf got to 75 and stayed there over a year. I really want to get to my goal of 550
